Our Curriculum & Resources

Bharatanatyam classes follow a structured format, encompassing warm-up exercises, practical dance instruction, theory lessons, and cool-down sessions.

Learning Bharatanatyam draws from numerous fields such as music, rhythm, body practices such as Yoga and conditioning, history, language, theatre, improvisation, critical thinking and so much more.

In addition to in-person instruction, students are equipped with a variety of resources to enhance their learning experience. These resources include comprehensive theory books, personalised video recordings, and access to online platforms that seamlessly integrate traditional teaching methods with contemporary learning tools. This holistic approach ensures that students have ample support and resources to deepen their understanding of Bharatanatyam.
